Ellie studied at Plymouth Marjon University, graduating in 2024 with a Masters degree.
Ellie was introduced to osteopathy through her hobby and passion for gymnastics.
She has continued to find extra qualifications to gain during her osteopathy studies and is able to provide dry needling as an addition to her treatments. She is hoping to add cupping and taping in the future.
Ellie is excited about her new profession and is looking forward to learning and honing her skills in order to help patients out of discomfort.
What Ellie says about her role:
"Osteopathy looks at the body as a whole, rather than focussing on one area of pain, and I really enjoy connecting the dots between what could be causing the pain"
Beverage choice
Ellie drinks as much tea as we can provide for her!
She will occasional venture into a Coke Zero, but tries to limit herself to one a day!
Spare time
Ellie continues to coach gymnastics, and occasionally has time for her own training.
She is a self proclaimed shopaholic and likes nothing more than browsing in store and online for the perfect bargain!
Professional aspirations
As a new graduate Ellie is keen to get as much experience as possible, looking to fine tune her skills and add additional treatment modalities in the future.
"Excellent treatment highly recommended.
Got my body back into good shape."
"The treatment I received was first class.
I had a warm welcome and a comprehensive chat about my issues, followed by good treatment in a relaxed atmosphere. I was told what the osteopath
was doing, then given exercises to do at home to assist me." RI
