This describes our approach to treatment very well. It is one of the corner stones of osteopathy and one which Two Rivers' practitioners are passionate about managing. If the Musculokeletal system is not functioning at its maximum potential then the rest of the body cannot be expected to remain healthy. A good structure is key to overall health
Osteopathy is a manual therapy, falling under the same umbrella term as Chiropractic and Physiotherapy. Osteopaths use their hands to diagnose and to treat all musculoskeletal conditions. Practitioners train over 4 years in medical theory and osteopathic techniques so they are highly trained to diagnose and to establish if a complaint needs further investigation or referral away from the practice.
Safety and effective treatment are the most important considerations and a thorough case history and examination will establish if this therapy is right for you.
Katie Hogg, Kathleen Hill and Philippa Wingate are our practitioners at this practice.
